Clinical Director

The Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services oversees the agency’s out-patient Behavioral Health Services program. This role includes the supervision of the New Morning Youth and Family Services Clinical Team. It also includes the implementation of community programs that address trauma, increasing community knowledge and access to trauma-informed services, and working collaboratively with the NMYFS Ashby House staff, local schools and various community entities.

Mental Health Clinician

New Morning hires full and part-time associate and licensed clinicians on the Western Slope of El Dorado County, CA.Ā  Clinicians work at school sites, homes, company offices (Cameron Park, Placerville, and Pollock Pines), and our runaway/homeless youth shelter if needed.

Family Specialists/Case Managers/Mental Health Rehab Specialists

New Morning hires full-time family specialists on the Western Slope of El Dorado County, CA.Ā  Family Specialists work at school sites, homes, company offices (Cameron Park, Placerville, and Pollock Pines), and our runaway/homeless youth shelter if needed. They are responsible for supporting children, and their family/caregivers in a variety of environments.

Youth Behavior Specialists at the Ashby House

Youth Behavior Specialists provide direct supervision to the children and youth placed at the Ashby House. In charge of making the house a home, they will establish and model healthy relationships, ensure the safety of each placement, assist in providing reports and status to the social worker, probation officer, and parents, and do whatever needs to be done. This role will require preparing meals, cleaning the house, documenting progress, and taking the kids on outings.

Fiscal Business Manager

The Fiscal Business Manager is directly responsible for overall administrative and fiscal management. The Financial Manager is expected to perform his/her functions with a high level of autonomy and must be capable of representing New Morning to the public, exhibit highly effective communication patterns with co-workers and the public, and demonstrate effective judgment to successfully make commitments for the agency in collaboration with the Executive Director.
