Linda Soto moved to Placerville from the Los Angeles area 16 years ago with her husband and children. She decided to continue her education and graduated from William Jessup University in 2010 with a degree in Counseling Psychology. Linda has always been involved with youth in El Dorado County; as a school/PTO volunteer, employee/volunteer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Sierra, as a licensed foster parent, then as the Director of Administration for New Morning Youth & Family Services. Her greatest joys are traveling with friends and family, cooking for her family, and gardening.
