New Morning 24-Hour Children's Shelter

Sometimes running away feels like the only way out, but living on the streets is dangerous. Staying with friends may be safer, but they can't provide professional and lasting help.

New Morning's Youth Shelter offers temporary housing, hot meals, clothing, and individual and family counseling services for kids ages 6 - 17. Our Youth Behavioral Specialists are available to help 24-hours a day.

If you are thinking of running away or know someone who is,
call the Youth Shelter first.

If you are a parent and feel like you are losing all connection with your child,
call the Youth Shelter.

The New Morning Youth Shelter is drug-free, tobacco-free, and zero-tolerant of violence. All shelter services are FREE and VOLUNTARY. Kids can admit themselves or be referred by family, friends, police, schools, or private agencies. We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
